At Dottie, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to request a return:
1️⃣ Take clear photos showing the defect.
2️⃣ Email the photos and your order details to contact@joinupbrand.com or send them via Instagram direct message.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of transferring the item back to our headquarters in Vietnam for returns.

Returns are not applicable for sale items.

Return is applicable one time per order only.

Successful refunds will be provided only in the form of store credits, issued within 5-10 working days. You will be notified via email when the store credits are issued. All store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for non-defective items if requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
How to request an exchange:

3️⃣ Customers must bear the cost of transferring the item back to our headquarters in Vietnam.
👉 Exchange requests are applicable one time per order only.

All items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
