Returns & Exchange Policy


At Dottie, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return:

1️⃣ Take clear photos showing the defect.

2️⃣ Email the photos and your order details to contact@joinupbrand.com or send them via Instagram direct message.

3️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

👉 Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of transferring the item back to our headquarters in Vietnam for returns.

  • Returns are not applicable for sale items.

  • Return is applicable one time per order only.

  • Successful refunds will be provided only in the form of store credits, issued within 5-10 working days. You will be notified via email when the store credits are issued. All store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for non-defective items if requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

How to request an exchange:

1️⃣ Take a photo of the item.

2️⃣ Email the photo along with your order details to contact@joinupbrand.com or contact us via Instagram direct message.

3️⃣ Customers must bear the cost of transferring the item back to our headquarters in Vietnam.

👉 Exchange requests are applicable one time per order only.

Important Notes

  • All items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
